Clean air is not a given

At last, you can breathe in relief in the country’s schools;
It’s time to act and put the professional ventilation solutions on the agenda
We put professional ventilation solutions on the agenda
In less than an hour, schoolchildren reach the CO2 limit. They become tired, have headaches and are unconcentrated. Poor indoor climate means poor working conditions for teachers. And the students’ learning ability is significantly impaired. Open windows bring fresh air into the classrooms, but unfortunately also noise, car exhaust, pollen and dust. Not to mention draughts and large temperature fluctuations. All these problems are solved with a ventilation system that controls the supply of outdoor air and the extraction of indoor air.
A good indoor climate also allows for a performance improvement of up to
15%. Theoretically, this means that pupils will be able to save more than a school year of time in primary school.
DEX3000 ensures a good indoor climate
Read more about the DEX3000 hereThe series is available in three sizes DEX3060, DEX3090 and DEX3120 with airflows from 150 – 1,400 m³/h.

All 3 sizes are equipped with high-efficiency counter flow heat exchangers that ensure the best possible heat recovery and economy. Many options for different duct connections ensure great flexibility, whatever the requirements. The units are supplied with integrated controls for easy operation.
The design meets the hygienic requirements of VDI6022.
Thanks to the three-part, hinged inspection opening, the units are easy to clean and maintain.
Good indoor climate
Rewarding learning thanks to; needs-based air exchange
When the air in the classroom is clean, students keep their heads clear and get more out of teaching. Fresh, oxygen-saturated air increases concentration, success and happiness.
The DEX3000 series is designed to help children and teachers feel comfortable in any classroom.
In classrooms, air quality is of great importance. During the pandemic, we realised the value of clean air without invisible microorganisms.
By constantly exchanging the air, the spread of viruses and bacteria is reduced. This reduces the risk of teachers and students infecting each other.
On-site filtration
The DEX series can be ordered with pre-filtration, so that extra filtration of the outdoor air is achieved before the air is blown in.
On the supply air side, an extra 48 mm thick filter can be inserted before the standard filter. Placing a coarser filter in front of a finer filter reduces the fouling of the finer filter. Depending on the condition of the outdoor air and the desired quality of the supply air, this can be advantageous. The pre-filtration
filters are available in the following categories: ePM1 55% (F7), ePM10 65% (M5) and Coarse 65% (G4).
Pressure losses etc. can be calculated in our calculation program EXselectPRO.
Lower CO2 footprint, more sustainability
As a company, we see the need to develop and produce more sustainable products.
It requires a continued focus on choosing sustainable solutions first when developing new products, and then making it easy to disassemble and recycle the product’s components when it is due to be disposed of.
With the new DEX series, we reduce the product’s CO2 footprint by:
- Use a more sustainable insulation and sound absorption material
- Design a unit with a long service life by selecting quality components so that it can be easily maintained and individual components can be easily replaced
- Ensure that the product can be easily separated into its individual parts when it is to be disposed of, making sorting at source profitable
Choose and order – it’s easy
