CAD models from EXselectPRO

The EXselectPRO calculation program can supply CAD models for the VEX4000 series in three ways:

1. AutoCAD 3D models in DXF format
2. MagiCAD plugin for AutoCAD
3. MagiCAD plugin for Revit

1. AutoCAD 3D models for DXF format

How do you do that?

You can download models in DXF format for AutoCAD (or other programs that support the DXF format) directly in EXselectPRO’s Export menu.

Output:
Here a “simple” 3D geometry is delivered.

2. MagiCAD plugin for AutoCAD

How do you do that?

If you use AutoCAD with MagiCAD (MagiCAD is required), you can download a plugin that makes it possible to download an advanced 3D model that has access to EXselectPRO’s calculations.

". The manual contains the necessary instructions for installing the MagiCAD plugin, which can be downloaded from MagiCAD website.

Output:
Once the plugin is installed, you can export a “.mah file” that can be loaded into your AutoCAD building model.

3. MagiCAD plugin for Revit

How do you do that? 

With this plugin, it is not necessary to have MagiCAD installed beforehand.

The manual contains the necessary instructions for installing the MagiCAD plugin, which can be downloaded from MagiCAD website. 

Output:
Once the plugin is installed, you can export a “.mah file” that can be loaded into your Revit building model.
