Our approach to sustainability and social engagement is holistic and goes beyond financial results. Throughout the Group, CSR is therefore part of our everyday work, where we work to promote a diverse, inclusive and fair workplace.
It starts with us
As one of the large companies on Funen in Denmark, we have a special responsibility to maintain and develop a healthy and sustainable local community. We are committed to local social projects and charities that increase people’s quality of life.
And since many of our employees and their families live in the local area, through sustainability training at EXHAUSTO we can promote a green agenda not only at work, but also in our private lives.

We partner with suppliers who share our CSR vision and who live up to the highest standards of responsibility. We help our customers choose ventilation solutions that have the least possible impact on the environment without compromising efficiency.
In this way, we deliver special initiatives that motivate not only our employees, but also partners and customers to take responsibility on the journey towards a more sustainable future.
A climate-neutral EXHAUSTO by 2030
We identify and implement innovative solutions that continuously reduce our environmental footprint throughout the value chain. By constantly optimising the energy efficiency of ventilation solutions and investing in green initiatives, we reduce our C02 footprint – for example by increasing the recycling of materials and thereby reducing the amount of waste.
With all our efforts and investments in CSR, we are a role model for sustainability in our industry and well on our way to being climate neutral by 2030.
