Description

The EXHAUSTOconnect™ smartphone app for Android and iOS devices is a simple and user-friendly application that allows you to control and measure the comfort in your home and the quality of the air you breathe. Make life easier with your smartphone wherever you are. 

The app works with VEX40T if it is equipped with a WAP communication module – see below.

Advantages

Monitoring

Monitor your air quality at all times. Thanks to the VEX40T’s intelligent control system and its precise sensors, it measures the CO₂ level in your home, so you can follow developments in your air quality.
VEX40T is kept up-to-date with outdoor air quality and provides recommendations for filter selection.

Stay “connected”

Adapt the system to your needs. Use the app to easily programme the ventilation settings from wherever you are. Your EXHAUSTO system takes care of everything, so you can relax. 

Customisation options

Whether you have guests, are on holiday or cooking, the unit settings can be adjusted accordingly.

“Remind me” function

The unit has a built-in filter monitor and therefore provides a warning when the filter needs to be changed.

WAP communication module

The WAP communication module is a modem that connects the VEX40T with the EXHAUSTOconnect™ app (available for iOS and Android). The WAP communication module is connected directly to the VEX40T via a USB or IBus connexion (see “Activation and setting”).

Dimensions and delivery

• Dimensions: L * D * W: 16.5 * 2.5 * 4.5 cm
• The modem is delivered in a box with a USB cable and magnets for attachment to the product
• The operating mode of the modem is indicated by the two LEDs at the top of the modem (for more information, see the installation manual).

Pairing

• You need an internet connection with a Wi-Fi router
• Activate the WLAN network on your smartphone to connect and follow the instructions in the app
• For pairing the WI-FI box must have 2.4 GHz (not only 5 GHz)
• Your internet network must not go through a proxy or authentication via CCU, or another validation (network that requires login/password)
• Press the modem key on the WAP communication module to start pairing.
• After pairing, you can take full advantage of your app.

Activation and settings

• Connect your WAP communication module via USB (supplied cable) or IBus (not included: 2 × 0.75 mm2 cable) to your VEX40T
• Via IBus: Loosen the cover on the WAP communication module to remove the USB cable and connect it to the cable.
• For information on the location of the IBus connector, please refer to the product manual.
• Stick the 2 magnets to the back of the box (included with the product) or screw the box to the wall or cupboard where the product is to be mounted.
