GENERAL
Behind the simple operating panel, the advanced EXact2 control system ensures optimum indoor climate. The control system is easily matched to the daily rhythms of the user location, e.g. school, office or home.

OPERATION OF EXACT2 CONTROL SYSTEM
The EXact2 control system can be remote controlled from the control panel (see section below), CTS or web server via network or WAP.

Wireless Access Point (WAP)
WAP is a small WIFI router mounted inside the control system in the unit. The web server can be accessed wirelessly via PC, smartphone or tablet, so that the unit can be quickly and easily configured via mobile platforms.

External heating coil

  • Temperature sensors
    • In the supply air duct to measure/control supply air temperature
    • On the return pipe from the water heating coil to keep the heating coil warm and protect it from this
    • To protect external piping linked to the heating coil from icing (additional purchase)
    • Temperature sensor on supply pipe to water heating coil
  • Modulating motor valve
    • Control of the heating coil circulation pump
    • Heat retention function (keeps heating coil free of ice)
    • Built-in motion control of the circulation pump for periods that do not require heating

External electric heating coil

    • TSA60 is situated on the circuit board, trips at 60°C and has manual reset on the HMI panel
    • TSA70 is situated in the airflow, trips at 70°C and has manual reset
    • TSA120 is located in the airflow, trips at 120C and has manual reset in the heating coil and on the HMI
