With the VEX1000 platform, we have particularly emphasized solutions that reach into the future, in terms of technology, processes, materials, and lifespan.

By carefully selecting materials and components and continuously improving our own processes, EXHAUSTO works to reduce the environmental impact associated with the VEX1000 series.

The result combines high quality and advanced technology with a focus on more resource-conscious choices throughout the product’s development and production.

The VEX1000 platform is developed based on decades of development of ventilation solutions, our involvement in indoor climate research as well as our work on setting Danish and European standards for certifications in the field of ventilation.

Our efforts around VEX1000 include the entire process from the product's development and manufacture, its ongoing operation, and the possibilities for service, component replacement, and proper handling after use.

Manufacturing

Materials, production, and quality

For the VEX1000 series, we focus on careful material selection, efficient production processes and rigorous quality control. Our aim is to support long product life and efficient use of resources throughout the product’s lifetime.

We are taking steps to reduce the resource use and CO₂ emissions associated with our production.

One example is the replacement of our Salvagnini production line in 2024, which has reduced electricity consumption, the use of consumables and production waste compared with the previous line.
